VOLUNTEER
EYHA is a volunteer-run organization and all families are required to fulfill their volunteer commitment with either a season-long job (like coach or manager) or by completing 10 volunteer credits (5 for 8U/6U). Families who do not complete this requirement will be assessed a $400 buy-out fee ($200 for 8U/6U).

Anyone wishing to be a team manager or scheduler for Elmbrook Youth Hockey must register through this portal.
Applying for a position does not guarantee placement on a team. All applicants will go through a review process before any team placement (if any).
NOTE: the USA Hockey registration is FREE for managers.
EYHA MANAGER, LOCKER ROOM PARENT, & SCHEDULER REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 18+
- Must register with USA Hockey prior to applying to be a manager.
- Must pass background check.
- Meet all certification by required dates.
2025-2026
Register to be a Team Manager, Team Scheduler, or Team Locker Room Parent.
