The Junior Cardinals is a collaboration between Plattsburgh Youth Hockey and the Plattsburgh State Cardinals. Currently supporting girls hockey teams at the 8U, 10U, 16U and 19U levels.

When registering you will need to upload the following.
USA Hockey number for 2024-2025 Season and a copy of the receipt

Copy of the players Birth Certificate
Signed Medical Waiver Form
